The Obama is the one who forced this measure on the people....The Obama made it clear if the ceiling were attached to Obamacare he would not sign the measure. Reid and the Senate were just playing a game of cover the Obama\'s a$$. The Obama wishes to be able to pick and choose who is and who is not exempt from this legislation based on political payback. The Obama doesn\'t show any commitment to his oath of office or the American people. Reid should stop playing politics and negotiate to end the shutdown. Reid might have to concede something. Perhaps Reid might concede to make sure that Government employees must participate in Obamacare plans. It it is good for the American people after all it must be good for Government.
