A young policeman whose name tag said Chan told me that some of the homeless who congregate here smoke a synthetic marijuana known as K2, which is sold as incense and causes lots of trouble. Just then a bearded guy ran up shouting, Arrest that bitch! He pointed at a woman. The cop asked what he should arrest the woman for and the guy said, She just worked some voodoo on Marias cart!
