How would you like the money? buy norvasc 10mg Sounds like he knows his stuff.I think the answer is to eat simple foods,without high calorie toppings.Like fruits,vegetables,grains,etc.,that are low calorie for their weight.They feel you up,without the high calories.I dont think you can expect,older people,to start doing strenuous exercises,after not doing that for decades.Cant go for extreme changes.Got to gradually,over years,change the diet.
