Free shnippig is currently set up as a special offer, so the problem was most likely that the 10% voucher code you received was an exclusive discount that couldn\'t be used with other offers.We consider free shnippig to be a special offer as it\'s only running for a short period of time. However, if it\'s popular, we may roll it out completely, in which case it will work slightly differently.I\'ll go ahead and refund 10% of your order for the trouble.Fergus
