I\'d like to pay this in, please capmel forums Nalmefene is a tablet which can be taken with or without food. Only one tablet should be taken each day. If patients think there\'s a risk of drinking alcohol they should take a tablet preferably 1-2 hours before the anticipated time of drinking. If the patient has started drinking alcohol without taking nalmefene, he/she should take one tablet as soon as possible.
