Review:
I\'ll send you a text proventil tablets Someone who’d lived through all that would not be much good for small talk. There’s certainly no small talk in Schütz’s music, in the sense that there’s nothing decorative. Every musical idea springs from the sacred words in the mouths of the singers. Which isn’t to say the music is austere. In fact it often has a sumptuous aural splendour, but it’s a splendour with a sombre hue, like one of those Rembrandt interiors where the hangings and suits of armour seem to give off an inner glow.
