Review:
I\'d like to cancel a cheque essay on my favourite toy for class 1 Expert testimony and submissions (â??uncontested facts,â? according to Scheindlin) proved to her that the NYPDâ??s stop-and-frisks were not conducted in a racially neutral way. I share her outrage that many stops occurred without reasonable suspicion, and that collectively the stops had a disparate impact on innocent members of racial minority groups.
