How long have you lived here? government pharmacy discount card Meanwhile, refunds of various amounts kept on being promised so you did not know what was what. Npower said your account had a one-off problem with an error message persistently coming up. Just before I received your letter £375 was reimbursed. More though remained due, and was still elusive. After I spoke to npower it treated this more seriously and the remaining £117 was then paid plus £200 for goodwill.
