Review:
Hello good day anabeta ingredients Glenview Capital -- which owns 15 percent of HMA, and 10 percent of CHS -- has called Community Health\'s bid for HMA a \"floor\" for further negotiations. Though Glenview has indicated it wants to seek a higher price for HMA, there is no \"go-shop\" agreement in the current deal, meaning HMA can not seek out other offers. In addition, HMA could have to pay CHS a break-up fee if the deal sours.
